Japanese Myth:
According to legend, a shinobi named Sarutobi eliminated Raijuu using the jutsu "Kinjutsu: Raikiri". [This is not the same "Raikiri" used by Hatake Kakashi, and its effect fits the name for efficiently.] This jutsu actually countered the lightning created by the Rokubi by slicing it, making the Rokubi receive its own attack. Through this, it became severely wounded. The Rokubi was then sealed by Sarutobi into the Thunder Shrine.
The Rokubi was originally the god of Thunder, but Yamata no Orochi transformed it into a beast. The Rokubi is sometimes depicted as the companion of Raiden, the Shinto god of Lightning. While the Bijuu is usually wild and provoked by anything, thunderstorms calm it and are able to awake its full power.
The Rokubi no Raijuu has a massive body that compares to the other Bijuu in overall size. It is truly massive, the size of many large buildings in both length and height. The main body is thinner than most of the other Bijuu. This, in combination with powerful legs, results in high speeds, despite the great size of it. The shocks carried within the body are amplified in speed by the natural Lightning Affinity, which causes a much higher reaction time and quicker snaps of joints. The lack of sightings of this demon cause contradicting thoughts of its true appearance. Some believe that it’s a wolf-like creature, when most believe that it’s a weasel. The truth only lies in words as there is little documentation of the appearances. It has the shape and form of a weasel, giving it the appearance of an adorable pet with the exception the insane proportions and demonic chakra flowing through it. [I wish you luck in seeing its adorable side….]
The main body of the Rokubi no Raijuu is nearly all an electric-like burnt yellow. Very long, fine hairs cover the main body. Each of these hairs is six feet in length and hardly a half-foot in width. Each of these hairs lines the back and sides of the main body in increments of about an inch. These fine hairs are also jagged and are shaped like a broken lightning bolt. Each of the hairs seems to “continue” the shape of the bolt into the next hair. Each of these hairs contains a small amount of electricity, which is merely overflow from the Rokubi no Raijuu’s Lightning chakra reserves. It is, after all, the god of Lightning. [The Kyuubi being the god of Fire, The Shichibi being the god of Earth, the Ichibi being the god of Wind, and the Sanbi being the god of Water – these join the Rokubi no Raijuu in being the gods of the elements, the Gobi being the god of all five elements as well.] The underside of the Rokubi no Raijuu is a lighter tint of the golden color surrounding the rest of the main body. It is much paler in comparison, but it is all the more deadly. The charge in these hairs of the underside is more charged than the ones on the rest of the main body. While the darker ones carry a lighter, though devastating, shock of about 20V, the lighter ones carry a greater punch of about 100V. These hairs help in the preventing of a “small” pest climbing up the back of the beast or hitting the sensitive underside. 20V isn’t too much of a problem for a dry adversary, but it can add up drastically when the foe has to climb up its back doing so. A wet foe from water or mere sweat, on the other hand, can be handled quite easily by just 20V. The pain from the shock becomes greater than normal because of the resistance difference of 1,000 ohms of wet to 10,000 ohms of dry. Those who are dry can survive the 20V shock with just some pain, but the wet ones can begin to retain muscle contractions and minor burns to the skin. The underside of the beast is a different matter. A single shock from the underside can give quite some pain to a dry foe, but it won’t do any real damage. A wet foe could die from a shock of the belly, suffering burns of the contact point and slight scarring to the point of contact. This is a good “natural” way of protecting the Rokubi no Raijuu in any case of the enemies getting past the Lightning bolt attacks, which is bound to happen.
The Rokubi no Raijuu’s front limbs stretch from the skin of its neck and the skin of its belly. The two working against each other cause the legs to go perpendicular to the Earth in order to get the relaxed, painless position that it lusts for. These limbs are long in comparison to the rest of the body. There is a bunch of loose fur at the joint of the top of the limbs to the rest of the body. The reason is so that they can be allowed a large range of movement in front as well as underneath its belly. The illusion is an excess of fat, but the only thing lining the limbs is muscle. The muscle is a huge component in the massive speed the Rokubi no Raijuu possesses. There are also the long, spiky hairs that line the legs. These are not dissimilar from the ones on the back of the main body. They are a couple of yards long and are tightly packed to give the illusion of a single mass. These limbs also possess the charge possible of giving a strong electrical shock of 50V. This will give pain to dry foes, and it could burn and scar wet foes, merely by touch of the shocking hairs. The shins possess powerful muscles behind the bone that give much more whipping power in proportion than a normal weasel. It’s more of a wolf in the respect of its limbs, but it is still largely in the image of a weasel with its main body and head. The ankles of the beast are really lined with black fur, and they’re lined with a 100V charge, a build-up because the charge does not carry much further. The paws of the demon are at the ends of each limb, and each retains five claw-like toes. The padding below each paw acts as a cushion that helps prevent any damage to the bottom of the feet or bottom of the legs. Each toe possesses a large nail that is considered by most to be a claw. It has a great sharpness to it that can rip at anything and tear buildings in two with one swift motion. The nails themselves are of a white pigment. They carry not electrical charge at all. It’s only the hairs that line the skin that carry a charge. So being struck by the nails is up to the will of a foe, pending electrocution or not, being slashed or not. A foe will most likely die from a hit by the nails, however.

The outside of the main body of the Rokubi is pure electric-yellow with slashes of black fur. At the back of the neck of the beast, there are various purple and black hairs that extend wildly with no real pattern. Six lightning-shaped tails extend from the hind of the monster. They are also wild strands of hair barely linked together. The bases of the tails are black fur leading to purple hairs. The purple hair leads to the same electric-yellow found all over the body. This yellow then turns to white as the hair reaches the tails’ ends. The head of the monster is quite a sight. Razor-sharp fangs appear from the mouth’s ends when it’s closed. The mouth itself is more like a snout with white hair below it and the black nose just above it at the tip. The eyes are a brilliant sky blue, that of the electrical form. The long, jagged ears from the top of the head are black and as long at the rest of the head itself. There is an ominous aura around the Rokubi that can be sensed by shinobi and kunoichi for miles. An eerie purple mist made of concentrated electricity surrounds it. It is not uncommon for the purple aura to fire bolts of lightning randomly onto the earth. The cry of the beast is like thunder, and it can be heard for miles on end.
Because the true form of this beast has never been seen by the likes of mere mortals, we are only left to assume the features, and this is the form we believe is true.
The Tailed Beast’s Power:
The Rokubi’s power is moderate in comparison to the rest of the Bijuu. It is fourth in pure power and fifth in stamina. The Rokubi possess the power of the Lightning element, and it can cause Lightning strikes whenever it pleases. The Rokubi can go insanely fast and is known for being the fastest Bijuu. It can travel faster than any untrained eye can track. For this reason alone, it has been deemed extremely hazardous and noted as one of the most powerful Bijuu, of course behind the Kyuubi and Gobi.
Special Abilities:
The abilities that the Rokubi passes on to Haar are of the following:
-Improved stamina
-Improved speed
-Improved usage of the Lightning element
-Improved senses beyond his normal abilities
During the first tail phase, Haar becomes incased in an electric-blue colored chakra. The chakra incases itself around his tail. Haar is then much quicker in before, almost untraceable to the human eye. He is able to send small shocks of electricity out at will without calling forth a jutsu. Haar can keep control of himself only with great exertion without any training. With training, he can control this form easily.
During the second tail phase, the chakra around Haar changes to a very dark blue, almost indigo, and a second tail forms from chakra to accompany his real tail. Haar’s speed increases more, only able to be tracked by the most trained eyes. He is also able to attack with lightning bolts coming from the small amount of newly formed purple aura of chakra surrounding his body. He can control this form with training and exertion to remain in control. [He cannot control this form right off the bat.]
During the third tail phase, the chakra surrounding Haar changes to purple, just like the aura, and a third tail forms from the chakra. His eyes become an electric-blue. Haar’s speed becomes untraceable to all except those enhanced by jutsu [like the Sharingan’s speed-tracking or the Byakuugan’s tabs on everything surrounding the person]. Haar becomes able to use large lightning bolts whenever he pleases. He must be at very minimum a Chuunin with extensive training to control himself at this point.
During the fourth tail phase, the purple chakra around Haar pushes outward and creates a “magnetic field” of dense lightning energy around him. Another layer of yellow chakra forms around Haar’s body, and he can barely be distinguished amongst the mass of chakra. The fourth tail His stamina at this point becomes that almost entirely of the Rokubi, and he can perform just about anything at this point in terms of lightning power, jutsu or not. He could barely control this form even if he was a very skilled Saanin. This is the final point where he can pull the plug… but only if he has great training in trying to master the Rokubi.
During the fifth tail phase, Haar’s body becomes completely lost in the mass of chakra. This form is a miniature form of the Rokubi, visually and prospectively. The Rokubi can perform every skill it knows. The Rokubi has entire control over Haar, and only outside help can bring him back.
During the sixth and final tail phase, the mass of chakra around Haar’s body explodes outwards and becomes the actual-sized Rokubi in real size and shape, forming the sixth tail in the process. Haar becomes lost inside of the chakra mass. At this point, the only way to save Haar is to wear out the Rokubi’s chakra supply… a nearly impossible act.
Drawbacks to using the Bijuu’s powers:
The drawbacks to the usage of the Rokubi’s chakra include the following:
-Severe fatigue
-Possible damage to allies
-Burns or scars to Haar’s skin
-Reduction of physical stamina
[Though, this is only temporary.]
After the release of each tail, the drawbacks become more and more severe. After the ceasing of the first tail, the drawbacks are fairly minor, only possible electrical burns and chakra fatigue for about an hour.
The ceasing of the second tail creates physical fatigue over the following few hours. Electrical burns are also likely, but there isn't much else besides the loss of time. Anyone exposed to Haar for an extended period of time while he's in this form can be paralyzed for a few days.
The ceasing of the third tail creates a major mental strain on Haar, and he will be unconscious for a few days before waking to a severely weakened body, which can be used again after another day or so. The likelihood for electrical burns and even scarring goes up, as well. Anyone exposed to Haar for an extended period of time while accessing the third tail can be paralyzed for weeks.
The ceasing of the fourth tail creates an even greater strain on Haar's mental being, and he will go unconscious for about a week. After that week, Haar can move again after a few more days. Haar will definitely retain scars and electrical burns all over his body. Those who came in physical contact with Haar while accessing the fourth tail will be completely paralyzed. He will also involuntarily shock people over the period of physical recovery.
The ceasing of the fifth tail makes Haar unconscious for weeks on end. During this time, he will have great fits in his dreams, having nightmares constantly. He will be unable to awaken from this from the outside world unless Haar has a deep connection with the person trying to wake him. Haar's body will retain many scars and possibly the paralysis of a few joints, like a few fingers. If Haar continually accesses the fifth tail, he could go completely paralyzed without treatment.
With the release of the sixth tail and the quelling of any threat, Haar will remain unconscious for a couple of months. Along with this, he will be completely paralyzed. This can be treated with spinal surgery and Shock jutsus, but Haar can be left paralyzed the rest of his life. The scarring effect will be the same as the fifth tail effect.
